3.2. DEMO mode — available free of charge without an Account (or with limits for an inactive account), including: up to 10 strategies, analysis of up to the 10 most recent draws, backtest of up to 10 draws, saving up to 5 picks.
3.3. Free access — full access to the Service without a subscription fee after: (a) creating an Account, (b) activating the email address, and (c) giving marketing consent at registration.
3.4. The Service may display advertising and send marketing messages in order to keep the Service free and to grow the user base.
3.5. Technical requirements: device with Internet access, up-to-date browser, active email, JavaScript enabled, and cookies necessary for login.
§ 4. Registration and account
4.1. Registration requires a first name, email address, password, and marketing consent (a condition of free access).
4.2. Full access is activated after clicking the activation link sent by email.
4.3. The User must keep the password confidential and not share the Account with third parties.
4.4. One Account per User is permitted.
4.5. Marketing consent may be withdrawn by contacting the Service provider; withdrawal may result in loss of free full access.
§ 5. Free model, advertising and possible payments
5.1. The default model of the Service is free: we do not charge a subscription fee for access that meets the conditions in § 3.3.
5.2. Free full access requires an Account, email activation and marketing consent (newsletter and marketing communications, including from related entities and partners). The purpose is to build a user base and fund the free Service.
5.3. The Service provider may display its own or partners’ advertising within the Service.
5.4. In the future the Service provider may introduce optional paid premium features. Such features will be clearly labelled and these Terms will be updated accordingly.
5.5. If payments occur, the Service provider does not store full card data; an external provider handles them. Refunds are governed by the Política de reembolsos.
§ 6. Right of withdrawal (consumers)
6.1. Free access involves no subscription fee — the right of withdrawal from a paid distance contract does not apply to the free Account itself.
6.2. If in the future the User purchases a paid service, a consumer may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days, subject to section 6.3 and the Política de reembolsos.
6.3. When purchasing, the User may consent to immediate commencement of supply of digital content — in that case the right of withdrawal is lost once performance has begun (Article 38(13) of the Polish Act on Consumer Rights).
§ 7. Acceptable use
The Service must be used for lawful personal analysis and education only. It is prohibited to disrupt the operation of the Service, carry out automated scraping without consent, share the Account, misrepresent the Service as gambling or ticket sales, or copy algorithms for commercial purposes. In case of breach, the Service provider may block the Account.
§ 8. Limitation of liability
8.1. The Service provider does not guarantee uninterrupted access (maintenance, outages, force majeure).
8.2. The Service provider is not liable for the User’s use of statistical outputs or for financial loss arising from participation in lotteries outside this Service.
8.3. Draw data come from public sources — the Service provider is not responsible for delays on the part of organisers.
8.4. To the maximum extent permitted by law, where free access involves no fee, the Service provider’s liability is limited to loss caused by wilful misconduct or gross negligence; for paid services — to amounts actually paid in the preceding 12 months.
§ 9. Prohibited conduct
See § 7 (Acceptable use). The Service must not be used to offer betting, sell tickets, or promise guaranteed outcomes.
§ 10. Intellectual property
